HGH What Is It?

HGH, or Human Growth Hormone, is the main hormone the pituitary gland makes, and this is located in the middle of the human brain. The human growth hormone produced by the pituitary gland has many different functions.

But you might wonder how we need extra HGH if our bodies have the power to make HGH? What are the reasons for a HGH alternative?

Clinical research shows that when people turn thirty, their HGH levels decrease. Year by year, the amount of HGH in our bodies decreases at a steady rate. Experts say, in fact, that HGH levels can drop by 80% or even more as we get older.

Why does this matter?

Many researchers believe that a drop in our HGH levels causes many health problems and diseases associated with aging today – for example, gaining weight, reduction in energy, loss of muscle, wrinkles, weakened mental status, weakened immune system, vision problems and more.

Reduced amounts of HGH, then, are directly correlated to more aging symptoms. We begin to experience the negative side effects of aging when our HGH levels drop. In other words, to stop the signs of aging, you need more growth hormone production. If this hypothesis is accurate, then HGH might be helpful in fighting the aging process.

How, then, can we raise our HGH levels?

There are 3 separate ways to restore and make your HGH levels higher:
# be injected with human growth hormone
# spray your mouth with human growth hormone
# use herb supplements which improve the body’s HGH levels in natural way.

What are the advantages and disadvantages of each method? Which methods are really effective?

METHOD #1: HGH Injections

Results of many important studies imply that HGH injections are effective; nevertheless, a few shortcomings exist in the use of HGH injections.

Injections of synthetic HGH are usually necessary 2 or 3 times each day. The common price is $25 for each injection; therefore the price is around $50 to $75 to have HGH injected. Not only that, but recombinant, or injectable, growth hormone can only be obtained with a prescription. HGH injections are not covered by insurance companies since they don’t treat any known diseases. You’ll have to pay the price yourself!

As we said before, synthetic HGH (scientifically created) is used in injections. That is not natural. Side effects can happen whenever you introduce a good deal of foreign hormones to your body.

A July 5, 1990 study in the New England Journal of Medicine shows that some patients who take injections experienced side effects.

Pros: Injectable HGH works

Cons: Injectable HGH costs a lot, is uncomfortable, you need a prescription and there are bad side effects

METHOD #2: HGH Oral Sprays

There isn’t any proof that oral sprays help.

Synthetic HGH can be sprayed in one’s mouth using an oral spray. However, in a number of studies, oral sprays have been shown to be totally ineffective for several reasons.

Since growth hormones are a large and unstable molecules, HBH is not able to pass through oral membranes, therefore sprays cannot be effective. Furthermore, getting the dosage with a spray is, for the most part, futile, but that is not a big deal as the spay can only provide a dosage much beneath therapeutic levels.

Sprays also can contain binders and filters which experts say to avoid at all costs because of their possible danger.

Oral HGH sprays, finally, can leave a bad aftertaste.

Pros: none

Cons: Oral HGH Sprays are not effective, have a nasty taste and could include risky binders and fillers

METHOD #3: HGH Herbal Supplements

There is ongoing controversy as to whether or not HGH Supplements are effective. But studies show that HGH supplements are as effective as expensive HGH injections.

Herbal HGH supplements are available as tablets or capsules. The pituitary gland produces the most HGH gland during sleep, so people usually take the pills before they go to bed.

As opposed to sprays or injections, there is no synthetic HGH in herbal HGH Supplements. As an alternative, only natural herbal ingredients are used in herbal HGH Supplements. The right herbs can cause the pituitary gland to release more growth hormone.

Because of this, a few experts say HGH supplements are a good deal safer than injections and sprays. HGH supplements cause your body to create more growth hormones and eliminate the need to inject or consume foreign hormones. This reduces or even eliminates, completely, the side effects that can occur with other HGH replacement methods.

Pros: The result of several studies done lately indicates that many herbal HGH Supplements really work. Herbal HGH supplements are a more affordable and have less side effects than oral sprays and injections. A prescription is not needed for herbal HGH Supplements.

Cons: none

What does this all mean?

According to what is known at the present time regarding Human Growth Hormone, it seems to be a certainty that herbal HGH Supplements are the least expensive, most effective, and safest way to increase or to maintain natural levels of HGH.
